Hi,
Here we want to share a recipe to all of our reader if you want to cook your homemade Nasi Arab.

Firstly, for the rice.


Basmathi rice, (I would like to recommend Moghul Faiza Basmathi Rice)
Water 
Fried with oil
  • onion (sliced)
  • ginger (do not put too much of ginger)
  • cinnamon (kulit kayu manis) + cardamon (buah pelaga) + cloves (bunga cengkih)
  • black pepper (that circle seed)
  • tomato (chopped)
  • green chillies (just need two, slices it on the middle of that chillies)
Then, put salt water to make the rice taste a bit salt, and also as one of a seasoning.  Normally, it will dry out in just 10 minutes and follows by steam it for another 15 minutes.

For the chicken,

 
For marinate: coriander powder (serbuk ketumbar), aniseed powder (serbuk jintan manis), black pepper powder (serbuk lada hitam), turmeric (kunyit) and salt.
Cover with the aluminium foil, to ensure that the chicken did not dry out.  Put onion slices for the base and a few slices of lemon to get rid of the bitter taste.  Put it in the oven, slowroast at 150 degree celcius.  

For thalathah (tomato sauce),



To make the sauce, you have to blend all these ingredients:
  • 2 or 3 tomato
  • squeeze a lemon
  • few coriander leaves (daun ketumbar)
  • 2 or 3 chilies (cili padi)
  • sugar
  • salt
Finally, as for salad,


 
Cabbage, onion, green chilies, cucumber, tomata (slice all of this and decorate it on your own creativity).
